This year, classes included two talks by Marcus O'Sullivan -- a Threshold Training Talk and
a Motivational Talk -- as well as a variety of "Hands-on" programs. Ringo Addamson did a segment on Drills;
Matt Martin, Marc Drummond and Dave Donahue showed the campers How to Write Your Own Workouts; Tim Styler,
Chris Grottini and Bernie Muller helped the campers understand the need for Mental Preparation to Race; and
Marc Pelerin did a program on Core Training. In addition, besides the optional afternoon activities -- volleyball, frisbee,
ga ga, swimming, kayaking and canoeing, etc. -- optional afternoon classes were also available. Cricket Batz Shaklee did a
Yoga program; Steve Shaklee, Marcus O'Sullivan, John Richardson and Kara Horner conducted a "College Talk;" Dave Walsh and Mike
Fulton did a "shoe talk;" and Meg Waldron introduced the campers to "Injury Prevention/Self-Message." Here are some pictures
focusing on the staff in these programs.

This year, RunningWorks invited two special guest speakers to Camp Canadensis: Suzy Favor Hamilton and
