Ga Ga Rules!







There is always time for an impromptu game of frisbee, cards, volleyball, ga ga, kickball or boating. And then there are several pools, as well as two special activities at RunningWorks: Trivia Night and the final night's Dance Party! And for those who want some "quiet time" for reading or just thinking, or just "hanging out" with new and old friends, that's available too.

And then there's "Trivia Night," a joyously raucus and enthusiastic time when cabin groups team-up, dress with whatever is on hand to reflect a theme, and compete against other cabin groups for prizes. This year, the Ninja Team scored a stunning victory with their unbeatable knowledge of faces, logos, track and cross country, and music. They were closely followed by the Chippendale Runners. Meanwhile, the "Best Theme" award went to The Pirates, closely followed by the Mime Team, the Chippendale Runners, and, hoping for a sponsor's boost, the Nike Cross Country National Team. The funniest "remark" of the evening had to be the "cheer" of the Mime Team!

And, finally, there's the Dance! On the last night, two hours of singing, dancing, and give-aways of Nike sports equipment! One of the highlights again this year was Ringo Addamson's Jamaican Jam!
