  • 4:00pm Group Activity / Guest Speaker

  • 5:00pm Pick-Up

  • 6:30am Wake Up

  • 7:15am Active & Dynamic Warmup and Gait Analysis

  • 7:30am Morning Run

  • 8:30am Breakfast

  • 11:00am Interactive Lecture/Skills

  • 12:00pm Lunch

  • 1:15pm Optional A.P. Classes, Pool and Recreation

  • 3:00pm Active & Dynamic Warmup and Gait Analysis

  • 3:15pm Afternoon Run

  • 4:00pm Pool/Recreation

  • 6:00pm Dinner

  • 7:00pm Group Organized Games

  • 8:00pm Guest Speaker and/or Event

  • 9:00pm Snack Bar/Movies

  • 10:00pm Lights Out

On the last night of camp there will be an Athlete's Social/Dance, complete with D.J. and Special Guests!

Note: with the exception of the first and last days, all other days will have two runs!
