RunningWorks Cross Country Camps provide an excellent foundation for your cross country season. We offer a Day Camp for middle school athletes and an Overnight Camp for high school athletes. The camps feature sport-specific training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun! We're staffed by certified coaches, Olympians, NCAA All-Americans and collegiate conference champions, giving individual and small group instruction. Certified athletic trainers are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, alternative training methods, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation as well as optional master classes! Past speakers include Olympians Chris Solinsky, Erin Donohue and Bob Kennedy!
DAY CAMP : July 15th - 19th, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to noon. OVERNIGHT CAMP : August 12th - 17th, Monday - Saturday. Camp is for every level. You will be grouped by your ability and fitness, but please come with some summer training!
