Founded by four-time Olympian Marcus O'Sullivan, the camps feature 6 days of training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun. Staffed by certified coaches, NCAA All-Americans, and ECAC/IC4A Champions, you will enjoy both individual and small group instruction. Interactive seminars include training physiology, aqua running, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, gait analysis/videotaping, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation. A certified trainer and lifeguard are also on staff.
Both camps are located about two hours from New York City and Philadelphia. They feature recreational activities such as swimming, boating, volleyball and other organized games. The Athlete's Social/Dance, Camp Bonfire, Trivia Night and other special events highlight the week. Each night the camper can also watch movies and enjoy the snack bar. There are Team Discounts available and a FREE Coaching Clinic for both parents and coaches to attend. The camps are for every level. You will be grouped by your ability and fitness, but please come with some summer training!

RunningWorks Cross Country Camps provide an excellent foundation for your high school cross country season. Train with top coaches and athletes, learn from national and world-class speakers, and run on over 25 miles of scenic, wooded trails.
The first session of RunningWorks Cross Country Camp is held at Blair Academy, located in the Kittatinny Mountains of northern New Jersey. Campers stay in supervised dormitories and enjoy runs on the private golf course as well as the 20 mile Sussex Branch Trail and the surrounding hilly countryside.
The second session of camp is held at its traditional location in the heart of the Pocono Mountains in Canadensis, Pennsylvania. Campers stay in fully modern, supervised cabins, each equipped with baths and showers. 25 miles of running trails surround the 75 acre Lake Lenape.
