Founded by four-time Olympian Marcus O'Sullivan, RunningWorks, Inc. offers high school cross country camps and coaching clinics for those interested in distance running.

RunningWorks Cross Country Camps provide an excellent foundation for your cross country season. Train with top coaches and athletes, learn from national and world-class speakers, and run on miles of scenic, wooded trails. The camp features 6 days of training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun! RunningWorks has small camper-to-coach rations and is staffed by certified coaches, NCAA All-Americans and collegiate conference champions, giving individual and small group instruction. Certified lifeguards and athletic trainers are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, aqua running, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, videotaped gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation as well as optional master classes! Past speakers include Olympians Chris Solinsky, Erin Donohue and Bob Kennedy!

RunningWorks Coaches' Clinics provide cutting-edge information on coaching techniques and training methods for collegiate and high school distance runners. In past years the Day of Distance Clinic featured renowned speakers such as Joe Vigil, Jack Daniels, Jim Ryun, John McDonnell and Roy Benson.

On March 15, 2013 RunningWorks Day of Distance Clinic featured: VERN GAMBETTA, the founding father of functional sports training; JASON VIGILANTE, Princeton's Head Men's Cross Country Coach and coach of Robby Andrews; PATRICK CASTAGNO the incredibly successful Tatnall High School coach; TOM NOHILLY the team sports therapist of the NJ-NY Track Club; exercise physiologist and performance enhancement specialist, SHANNON GRADY; and MARCUS O'SULLIVAN.
