Founded by four-time Olympian Marcus O'Sullivan, RunningWorks, Inc. offers high school cross country camps and coaching clinics for those interested in distance running.

RunningWorks Cross Country Camps (August 17th-22nd, 2015 in Canadensis, PA) provide an excellent foundation for your cross country season. Train with top coaches and athletes, learn from national and world-class speakers, and run on miles of scenic, wooded trails. The camp features 6 days of training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun! RunningWorks has small camper-to-coach ratios and is staffed by certified coaches, NCAA All-Americans and collegiate conference champions, giving individual and small group instruction. Certified lifeguards and athletic trainers are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, aqua running, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, videotaped gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation as well as optional master classes! Past speakers include Olympians Chris Solinsky, Erin Donohue and Bob Kennedy!

RunningWorks Day of Distance Clinic (Friday March 18th, 2016 at Villanova University) provides cutting-edge information on coaching techniques and training methods for coaches of collegiate and high school distance runners. In past years the Day of Distance Clinic featured renowned speakers such as Jack Daniels, Jim Ryun, Joe Vigil, John McDonnell, Vern Gambetta and Marty Liquori.

The 2015 RunningWorks Day of Distance Clinic featured: Olympian and Hall of Famer Marty Liquori; 16-time NCAA Regional Coach of the Year Steve Dolan, who is the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country at the University of Pennsylvania; Unionville HS (PA) coach Mark Lacianca, whose girls' teams have been a dominant force in cross country for the last 12 seasons; Ridgefield HS (CT) coach Bryan Kovalsky, who rejuvenated the boys' distance program to national rankings and All-America honors; Dr. Mark Kemenosh, who is highly specialized in pediatric sports injuries and sports performance; and World Champion and Director of Villanova Track and Field/Cross Country, Marcus O'Sullivan.
